[Chris, our CS Team is very dillgent in replying to all CS tickets they receive. In almost ALL instances, if you haven't heard from us, it is because of an email issue. Either the sender has our emails marked as SPAM or a VPN issue. Looking at your tracking #, it does appear that USPS has had a notable delay and it is unfortunately still in transit. Upon further examination, you DID reach out to our CS Team and we replied. However, it appears you did not like the claim filing process with USPS, so that seems to been the issue. Unfortunately these claims with USPS take longer than any of us would like!
