When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. We will email your shipping confirmation including tracking once your order has shipped.
For Expedited shipping (UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air), orders must be received by 2:00pm Pacific time to ship same day. Expedited orders placed after 2:00pm Pacific time will be shipped the following business day.
Please keep in mind, Saturday, Sunday, and Federal Holidays are not considered business days. Shipping times are not guaranteed with the exceptions of UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air.
Can I add or change items to an existing order?
Items cannot be changed or added to an order once it has been confirmed. Your order is confirmed once you have completed the checkout stage and have been sent an email with your confirmation number. Our updated system does not allow for these types of changes. If you would like to order additional items, you are welcome to place a new order online.
Can I cancel an order once the order has been placed?
We work hard to get all orders processed as quickly as possible. If you want to cancel an order, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has started processing and shipping, we cannot guarantee cancelation.
Can I combine orders?
We are sorry, but we are unable to combine orders. Combining orders would cause additional delays for all open shipments which we wish to avoid. To best serve all our valued customers we process orders as quickly and efficiently as we can.
How do I make an exchange?
We want to make sure you’re happy with your new gear. We facilitate exchanges by returning and placing a new order. Start this process by placing a new order for the item size/color you want and then follow the steps to return the item(s) you currently have. Because our inventory is very fluid, this will ensure you get your gear as soon as possible with the best stock availability.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
We do ship to APO/FPO addresses, most of which will be available upon checkout. If the APO/FPO you need is not listed, please contact our Customer Service Department and we will make sure to get your order resolved and shipped out to the APO/FPO that you want.
Do you ship Internationally?
We do ship internationally and approved destination countries will be listed upon checkout. For international orders, the buyer is responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and any other fees assessed by the recipient’s destination country. Please contact your Customs office and chosen carrier for information on duties, taxes and restricted items. If the recipient fails to pay applicable duties and taxes, the package will be abandoned and PDW will not refund the abandoned order, including any applicable shipping charges.
Due to current worldwide shipping impacts, estimated international delivery time can be up to 2 months (excluding Customs clearance), rather than the standard 1 to 4 weeks as normally expected.
