Overview

Each of the pouches mount securely on the tri-fold base with hook & loop and toggle anchors. The user can easily swap out the pouch to suit their needs and task at hand. The 3 included pouches are organic undyed cotton, poly mesh and 500D Cordura. Each pouch features a one-handed shock cord cinch top skirt. From foraging wild edibles, medicinal plants, to urban materials collection, tide pooling, to an individual on-body magazine collection point, the FD Pouch is a highly versatile gathering and storage system.

Canvas Pouch Module

Use the undyed, organic, cotton, canvas pouch for foraging wild edibles, medicinal plants, pine resin, tinder and other natural materials. Wear this with the included, adjustable webbing shoulder strap.

Mesh Pouch Module

Use the polyester mesh pouch for tide pooling, urban materials collection, or around waterborne activities. Wear this with the included, adjustable webbing shoulder strap.

500D Cordura® Module

Use the 500D Cordura® pouch as the classic on-body magazine collection point. With the built in M.OLLE C.ompatible A.rray and optional HAL1 straps, the tri-fold base can be mounted to any MOLLE platform such as your battle belt.

AMAZING product with a DASH of False advertising

PW products are absolutely incredible… we all know that… it ain’t cheap, but that’s not why you’re here… you’re here because you know “you get what you pay for”. Nothing could be more true than with this beautiful project from them… three incredibly sturdy, MASSIVE BAGS.. WITH.. an outer sheath to hold them beautifully folded and compact.. incredibly reasonably priced at that for what you’re getting… so why say “false advertising” you may ask.. because once you open that sheath and take those bags out… THEY WILL NEVER all three fold back the way they had it and have all three in the sheets in that tiny square… the sheath just isn’t long enough to Velcro around the marked folding spot spots… this is what it’s going to look like and this is how you’re gonna have to pack all three… STILL NOT BAD THOUGH… but if you’re on this site reading this review, you too are a perfectionist.. and will REALLLLLLY want those bags to be a perfect square like me… @prometheusdesignwerx IF YOU KNOW SOMETHING I DON’T OR COULDN’T FIGURE OUT ON THE FOLDING… please respond in kind…. Now you can pack TWO bags enter that perfect square just fine even though it’s a little tight… but three… I just couldn’t get it to Velcro. .

Multiple functions are good design

The over design of each pouch is good, as well as the attachment holder.
The overall product is adaptable to different needs and environments. Can be used as a stand alone piece, or attached to packs, dive gear, Molle panels, etc.
