Ruggedized-design, highest performance, premium-grade, stainless steel, vacuum-insulated water bottles. Our FT series water bottles feature a custom fluted body design which increases material stiffness and resistance to deformation, and improves tactile grip when wet. These hold 950ml/32oz of liquid which is just about 1L, less a sip. Durable, food grade, copper lined 18/8 stainless steel and vacuum sealed to keep drinks cold or hot, longer. As lifelong backpackers and dispersed campers, we prefer and chose to design our bottles with a "lab-standard wide mouth" opening, which is easy to fill with ice, compatible with many popular backcountry water filters, as well as many aftermarket caps. Available in brushed stainless steel.
The unique design of the FT water bottle series was inspired by vintage bicycle parts, deflective armor, industrial-tool handles, precision barrels, aircraft, and vintage bicycle racing bottles from the 40s-50s.
The Prometheus FT insulated water bottle should rather be characterized as a canister that prepares an adventure for hydration in multiple climates. Water bottles are an item that should not be overlooked because it accompanies you at your desk, in your rock, and next to your campfire. I like this bottle more than competitors because the metal loop at the top for carabiners or carrying is more sturdy than competitors which often fall off. The grooves circumferentially allow for a tight grip with gloves or in sweaty or moist environments. Thank you for an excellent engineered product.

What I’ve been looking for!
I’m minimizing the use of my plastic containers and moving to SS materials. Loved how this is a SS cap and not plastic. Looks great and grips help out.

Very good thermal properties
When using the metal lid w/hot liquids leave an air bubble in there; it seals so well the vacuum formed from the inevitable cooling can make removal an Olympic event.
