I’ve purchased many items from PDW through the years, I have never had anything defective it’s all been top rate American made gear.
Almost two years ago I purchased a SPD Benchtop Work Mat, it sat in my gun safe the entire two years in the original packaging.
I finally decided it was time to use it, when I opened the package I found one of the corners not adhered together.
I tried to glue back together but to no avail!
I let PDW know what happened in an email.
They responded immediately they told me exactly what happened, the heat press missed the corner for whatever reason and instructed me as to what glue I could use to repair?
She then asked me for my address so they could send me a new one as well!
