Like most of our designs, we use industrial grade construction methods such as heavy duty nylon thread, triple needle stitching on major seams, and more bar-tacks to reinforce stress points than any other pant in its class. The cut and silhouette is our tailored fit, which is more streamlined and tapered than our regular fit. The Raider Field Pant Canvas+ has just enough substance for rugged wearing without weighing you down.
Design highlights include articulated knees, double reinforced knees, no-twist custom d-rings, diamond gusset, diamond double seat, dedicated knife-multitool pockets, work wear style hand pockets which are accessible when using a pack waist or utility to first line belt, a Hide-Away pocket to stash those little "extras", PDW slotted parasmock type no-loss buttons, and reinforced double layer rear cuffs. The pants fit excellent out of the box, very comfortable. Very well built.
As a timber faller and a houndsmen i think they have To many pockets for my likings, they fill up with sawdust and pine needles ext.
Besides that I definitely think they will hold up to my lifestyle.

Pleasantly Surprised! Incredible quality.
It's hard to know if what you're buying online will meet your expectations and fit properly. I was very happy with the Raider pants that I recently received from PDW. I am 5'9" 175, Athletic build and the 32x32 fit perfect, the build quality is outstanding, even the pocket lining is nice and thick. but for how sturdy these pants are they do NOT hinder movement, which I love. I would definitely recomend these pants.
Please note that even with this pre-washed fabric, there is the common estimated 3% vertical shrinkage after your first wash and dry. Our inseams are adjusted to accommodate this first home wash and dry shrinkage and are cut about 1" longer than marked. After your first wash and dry the inseams will be true to length.
