Terms, Conditions and Rules (the "Official Rules") for the
Lightforce Overland Gear Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes")
All entrants must read these Official Rules before entering the sweepstakes.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or
associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter.
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, and all
claims must be resolved in the federal or state courts located in California.
1. Eligibility. Eligibility is limited to only legal residents of the 49
United States and the District of Columbia (Rhode Island excluded) who have
reached the age of majority (as defined by the law of the state in which
entrant resides) as of 9/20/2017. Employees of Lightforce Performance
Lighting, LLC ("Sponsor") and all Prize Providers (as defined in Section 6 of
these Official Rules) of this Sweepstakes, their parents, subsidiaries,
affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and their family/household
members (defined as parents, spouse, children, and siblings) are not eligible
to enter. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. All federal, state, and/or local rules and
regulations apply.
2. Start/End Dates. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 PM on 1/4/2019, and ends
at 11:59 PM on 2/15/2018.
3. How to Enter. In order to enter the Sweepstakes, fill out and submit to:

4. Restrictions. Limit one Sweepstakes entry per person and per e-mail
address. Entrants must have a valid e-mail address. More than one entry from
any person or e-mail address will void all entries from that person or e-mail
address. No automated entry devices and/or programs permitted. Sponsor is not
responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid,
unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which
will be disqualified, or for any failure to receive entries due to
transmission errors or technical failures of any kind, including but not
limited to malfunction of any network, hardware, or software, whether
originating with entrant or Sponsor. Proof of submission will not be deemed
to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.
5. How to Win; Odds of Winning. One (1) potential winner (the “Potential
Winner”) will be selected on or about 1/22/2019 in a random drawing from all
eligible entries received by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding
in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the
number of eligible entries received. The Potential Winner will be notified by
e-mail on or at about 1/23/2019 and must comply with all terms and conditions
set forth in these Official Rules in order to be deemed the Winner. If the
Potential Winner either does not comply with all of the Official Rules or
does not respond to Sponsor’s communications about the Sweepstakes, then
Sponsor may choose a new potential winner in the same way the previous
potential winner was chosen, and this process will continue until a potential
winner is deemed the Winner by Sponsor.
