I tried several times to get in touch. Nobody contacted me, whether via Facebook or email

Hi Sebastian! We HAVE SENT MANY EMAIL MESSAGES TO YOU. UP TO YOU TO REPLY. Wait, you said 'mails', so does that mean you wrote us letters? Like old skool? How quaint, we feel very special.
